A DAY THROUGH THE FIVE WORLDS
The purpose of an amenity is not to be counted.
It is to become useful enough, inviting enough and close enough that one day you stop thinking of it as an amenity at all.
At Sueños del Mar, the Five Worlds are intended to work that way.
6:30 AM — MOVE
The day can begin at VIDA with a workout, on the VIDA Deck with stretching or outside along the Guacamayos Trail while the light is still soft.
There is no commute between wellness and home. You are still inside the rhythm of the community.
8:00 AM — WATER
A swim in THE INFINITY 48 shifts the pace. Forty-eight meters give the pool enough length for purposeful movement, while the rest of The Oasis remains quieter around it.
Or the morning moves directly toward the Pacific. One block away, Jacó’s coastline becomes part of the larger daily landscape.
9:30 AM — FOCUS
Work can happen at IDEA when the residence needs to become home again rather than office. A meeting room and reading/coworking environment offer a change of setting without leaving Sueños del Mar.
1:00 PM — PAUSE
The afternoon might begin slowly beside La Playa, beneath a cabana or with a restorative moment at ALMA.
There is no requirement to “use everything.” The value is having different rhythms available.
3:30 PM — PLAY OR EXPLORE
A pickleball game at The Rally. Short-game practice at The Green. Time with children in The Garden Park. A walk through Guacamayos Forest. Or perhaps nothing more ambitious than returning home and opening the terrace toward the garden.
6:00 PM — GATHER
As light changes, Selva Grand House takes on another role. El Encuentro, the Grand Living Room and Fuego Terrace create places for conversation and an easy transition into evening.
8:00 PM — HOME
At the end of every shared experience, the most important place remains the residence itself.
The day closes where it began: close to garden, water, warm air and the quieter rhythm of home.

This is not a prescribed day at Sueños del Mar. It is one possible sequence among many—the point of the Five Worlds is choice.

Do residents need to reserve every amenity?
Operating and reservation rules should be confirmed once the community-management program is finalized.
Is the beach part of Sueños del Mar?
No. Sueños del Mar is located one block from Playa Jacó; the Pacific is part of the surrounding address, not a private project amenity.
Are all Five Worlds open to residents?
Final access and operating rules will be governed by the community’s approved ownership and management documents.
