Sueños del Mar is developed by Desarrollos Inmobiliarios Asociados, DIA S.A., a Costa Rican company whose history dates to 1974.
A LONG VIEW OF DEVELOPMENT
Across more than five decades, DIA has participated in projects in different regions of Costa Rica and across residential, institutional, commercial, industrial and hospitality contexts.
