OASIS VILLAS: LIVING AT THE HEART OF THE WATER
The Oasis Villas occupy the part of Sueños del Mar where private residential life comes closest to the community’s signature water and social experiences.
There are 18 homesites in the collection, with two principal villa models: Model A — Ave del Paraíso and Model B — Oreja de Elefante.

Both Oasis models use two levels to create natural separation between gathering and retreat. Social spaces can feel generous and open while bedrooms and quieter areas retain their own rhythm.

MODEL A — AVE DEL PARAÍSO
Model A is the more expansive expression of the collection. Its botanical name references the Bird of Paradise, a tropical form known for strong lines and an unmistakable silhouette.
The residence is shaped around generous social areas, terrace, private water and a strong indoor-outdoor relationship.
MODEL B — OREJA DE ELEFANTE
Model B keeps the two-level experience while moving toward a more intimate private configuration. Its name references the broad tropical foliage commonly known as Elephant Ear.
The result is a residence that balances openness with a quieter sense of retreat.
