Within Sueños del Mar, it brings together social life, movement, restoration and focused work under one architectural idea—an extension of home rather than a separate facility.
MORNING: MOVE
VIDA Fitness Studio makes movement easy to place into the routine. Strength, cardio, functional training, calisthenics, stretching and mobility come together within one fitness environment, complemented by the open-air VIDA Deck.
The idea is simple: a workout should not require leaving the community or turning the day into an expedition.
MIDDAY: FOCUS
IDEA creates a different rhythm. An Executive Meeting Room and Reading & Coworking Lounge offer places for focused work, meetings, reading and quiet concentration close to home but outside the residence itself.
For residents whose work can travel with them, that separation can matter. Home remains home. Focus has its own place.
AFTERNOON: RESTORE
ALMA Wellness & Spa brings restoration into the same world through a Massage Suite, Sauna and Cold Plunge. The experience is designed around pause and recovery rather than spectacle.
EVENING: GATHER
The Grand Living Room shifts the mood again. El Encuentro, the Game Room and Fuego Terrace create different ways to spend an evening—conversation, a drink, a game, time around fire or simply a place to gather without needing to leave the community.
Oasis Terrace sits at the threshold between Selva Grand House and The Oasis, making the transition from social energy to water feel almost architectural.
