THE GROUNDS: PICKLEBALL AND SHORT-GAME LIVING
Sport feels different when it is close enough to become spontaneous.
The Grounds brings two complementary experiences into everyday life at Sueños del Mar: The Rally, a dedicated pickleball court, and The Green, an eight-hole chipping and putting environment.
THE RALLY
Pickleball works because it can be competitive without becoming complicated. A match can be exercise, social time or both.
At Sueños del Mar, The Rally is intended as a dedicated court for residents to play, connect and return to the game regularly without leaving the community.
THE GREEN
The Green takes a slower rhythm.
Its eight-hole short-game layout is designed for chipping and putting rather than full-course golf. Residents can practice technique, sharpen touch or create an informal challenge with friends.
That distinction should stay clear. The Green complements the nearby access to full golf at Herradura; it does not attempt to replicate a golf course inside the community.
TWO DIFFERENT WAYS TO MOVE
Pickleball is quick, energetic and social. Short-game practice is measured, technical and quieter.
Placing both within one world creates variety without requiring a long list of recreational facilities.
OUTDOOR GATHERING
Fixed barbecue areas form part of the current community concept for casual outdoor gatherings. The final count and exact locations remain pending confirmation.

FROM THE GROUNDS TO THE CENTRAL PACIFIC
Residents who want a full golf experience can reach La Iguana Golf Club in Herradura, while the larger region adds surf, marina and ocean recreation beyond the property.
The Grounds works best as the everyday layer—the place where movement fits naturally between the rest of life.
