THE OASIS: WATER AT THE HEART OF SUEÑOS DEL MAR
Water changes the pace of a place.
At Sueños del Mar, The Oasis is designed as more than a shared pool area. Two complementary pools create approximately 80 meters of water at the center of the community, surrounded by tropical planting, shade and places to pause.
TWO POOLS. TWO RHYTHMS.
THE INFINITY 48 is the more active expression. At 48 meters long, it centers the experience around a generous swimming lane while a landscaped garden island introduces deeper and shallower water zones along one side.
LA PLAYA is softer. A gradual shallow-water edge, tropical gardens and a relaxed relationship with the pool create a setting suited to unhurried time, family moments and the simple pleasure of staying close to the water.
SHADE MATTERS
Eight Oasis Cabanas create quieter poolside retreats for reading, conversation and rest. In-water loungers extend the pause into the shallow edge of THE INFINITY 48.
Three sculptural Caracolas bring another small ritual into the experience through outdoor showers inspired by tropical rain and organic form.
WELLNESS, IN THE WATER LANDSCAPE
La Isla sits within La Playa as a covered open-air pavilion surrounded by water. Its intended uses include yoga, Pilates, stretching, meditation, mindful movement and small gatherings.
The result is a place where wellness does not feel separated from the setting around it.
GARDEN AND WATER, TOGETHER
Tropical planting surrounds both pools, while garden islands enter the aquatic environment itself. The visual boundary between landscape and water becomes less fixed.
That relationship is central to The Oasis: not a pool placed beside landscaping, but one composed with it.

EVERYDAY WATER
The strongest part of The Oasis may be its proximity to everyday life. A morning swim, an afternoon with family, a quiet hour in a cabana or an evening beside the water does not need to become an event. It can simply become part of living here.

Is The Oasis one continuous 80-meter pool?
No. It consists of two complementary pools with a combined length of approximately 80 meters.
Is La Playa a children’s pool?
No. It is a leisure pool with a gradual shallow-water area that can be welcoming for family time.
How many cabanas are planned?
The current project plan identifies eight Oasis Cabanas.
